For people who expect more from their body — and their care.
You show up, do your hour, and go home — with a sheet of exercises and a follow-up in a week. The gap in between is where most recoveries stall.
There's a better way.
Learn About Our ApproachAt DASH, we combine hands-on physical therapy with ongoing programming, direct access, and a plan that's built around your life — not a clinic's schedule.
This is the Hybrid Model. And it changes everything about how you recover.
See How It WorksChronic or acute back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, and neck stiffness. We find the root cause and fix it — not just mask the symptoms.
ACL recovery, meniscus tears, hip impingement, IT band issues, and total joint replacements. Return to full function with a structured plan.
Rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, labral repairs, and post-surgical recovery. Get your range of motion and strength back.
Structured rehab protocols following orthopedic surgery. We work alongside your surgeon's guidelines to optimize your recovery timeline.
Return-to-sport programs, injury prevention, movement screening, and performance optimization for recreational and competitive athletes.
Long-term pain that hasn't responded to other treatments. We use evidence-based approaches to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
The Hybrid Model blends one-on-one in-person physical therapy with digital coaching and programming — so your support doesn't stop when the session ends. It's a fully coordinated approach that combines hands-on treatment, a customized strength and recovery plan, and round-the-clock access to your provider.
In-person treatment + digital coaching + 24/7 access
Amer brings a personalized, whole-body approach to physical therapy & performance. One that looks at the person as a whole — their lifestyle, their habits, their goals — not simply the area of injury.
Amer built DASH because he kept seeing the same problem: patients who deserved real care getting shuffled through a system. Rotating techs, cookie-cutter protocols, and sessions that existed to fill a schedule rather than drive progress. DASH was built for people who have a standard for themselves — and aren't willing to settle for just getting by.
Regardless of your sport, your activity level, or your goals — everyone deserves the same standard of care. Thorough, individualized, and built around you as a person.

"I came in with multiple limitations and no clear direction. Amer simplified the process — identified what mattered, built a structured plan, and progressed it intentionally. I rebuilt strength, confidence, and consistency."
"After my knee replacement, my goal was to get back on the golf course. Amer focused on what actually mattered — strength, control, and building confidence in my movement. Within 12 weeks, I was back playing."
"After my knee replacement, I didn't have much guidance. Amer stepped in, built a structured plan, and got me back on track. The results speak for themselves."
Insurance dictates how many visits you get, how long they last, and sometimes even how you're treated. At DASH, none of that applies. Every decision is based on what you actually need — not what a policy allows. That's the tradeoff, and for most of our patients it's worth it.
Yes. DASH services are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.
No. In California you can see a physical therapist directly without a physician's referral. Just book a Discovery Call and we'll take it from there.
At most clinics you're one of several patients being managed at the same time — rotated between a tech and your therapist, handed a generic home exercise program, and sent on your way. At DASH every session is 1:1 with Dr. Dandashi, and your care extends well beyond the session itself through ongoing programming, direct access, and weekly support.
It depends on where you're starting and what your goals are. Most clients work within a three month program — but that gets determined during the evaluation once we have a clear picture of what's going on.
A comprehensive breakdown of how your body moves and performs. We go through detailed movement analysis, strength testing, and position-specific assessments to identify not just where it hurts but why. You'll leave with a clear plan.
Most PT that doesn't work falls into one of two categories — it treated the symptom instead of the source, or it didn't give you enough support between sessions to make real progress. DASH addresses both. We find what's actually driving the problem and build a plan that keeps you supported every step of the way.
No. You don't need a diagnosis, an MRI, or a referral. If something feels off, that's enough of a reason to reach out. We'll figure out the rest.
For those who don't require in-person care, a fully remote option is available with individualized programming and ongoing support.
Book a Discovery Call. It's a quick conversation to hear about what's going on, walk you through how DASH works, and figure out if we're the right fit. No commitment, no pressure.
